TIER 4 Management

Student Administration have have a key role in the management of non-EU International student information records. William Callaway (University Secreatry) chairs the TIER 4 Compliance Steering Group.

Sarah Webber (82923) manages the administrative process for the Student Administration and is the key contact.

Natalie Jones (83207), Joanne Paling (83348) provide the administrative support and are the main contacts for faculty and campus staff.

The TIER 4 Steering Group also maintain a Sharepoint site which contains day to day operational process documentation and can be accessed here, in addition the process for managing TIER 4 students administratively can be access on this site.

The Hub Student Administration team responsibilities include;

  • Management and validation of the required student data during enrolment and throughout the student lifecycle
  • The overall management of Attendance Monitoring in conjunction with Campus Student Administration teams
  • Reporting of non-attendance of non-EU International students to the UKVI
  • Collection of information regarding changes to students circumstances and informing the UKVI as appropriate
